Rebecca specialises in supporting recruitment across the Defence sector, helping organisations attract highly skilled engineering, technology and programme delivery professionals into complex and secure environments.
She works closely with defence organisations operating across autonomous systems, drones, advanced technology, cyber security and national security programmes, supporting both permanent and contract recruitment.
With a strong technical understanding of the market and the roles she recruits for, Rebecca is known for her consultative and credible approach. She focuses on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates through honest communication, market insight and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced within secure environments.

FROM CABIN CREW TO RECRUITMENT
Before moving into recruitment, Rebecca worked as cabin crew for British Airways and travelled all over the world. After meeting her partner Miles, she decided to pursue a more long-term and settled career that still centred around communication and relationship building, which naturally led her into recruitment.
Rebecca particularly enjoys the relationship-building side of recruitment within niche technical markets. She also enjoys the commercial and strategic side of business development, including mapping markets, understanding organisational structures and identifying where the real talent gaps sit.
Rebecca's recruitment approach can be summed up in three words:
Consultative. Focused. Credible.
A fun fact about Rebecca is that while working for British Airways, she had members of the Royal Family and a number of celebrities on board her flights.

OUTSIDE OF RECRUITMENT
Outside of recruitment, Rebecca enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her family and their Golden Retriever, Barney. Whether she’s at the gym, out for a run, or heading off on a long countryside walk, she’s happiest when she’s outdoors and followed by a good meal somewhere afterwards.
Her go-to drink order is an iced latte, closely followed by a Diet Coke.
