For your voucher to wing it’s way to you, these criteria need to be met by your referred contact:
They must be actively recruiting, able to use Talent Locker’s services and not already known to Talent Locker
They need to hire a permanent employee or contractor through talent Locker within 12 months of your original recommendation
Any hired individual must complete 60 days of work in their new role
You receive £250 for every candidate that Talent Locker place through your referred contact for a period of 12 months from the original recommendation
Your voucher will be sent after each candidate has completed 60 days in their new position
