TECHNOLOGY & TRANSFORMATION RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
As a specialist Technology and Transformation recruiter, Georgia works closely with organisations to identify and secure professionals who can deliver complex programmes and drive meaningful business change.
She supports hiring across permanent, fixed-term contract and contract positions, placing professionals from junior level through to senior leadership roles.
At Talent Locker, Georgia manages the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting both fast-moving contract requirements and strategic permanent hires. Her focus is always on building genuine long-term relationships while consistently delivering high-quality talent.
What makes Georgia different is her relationship-led approach. Rather than simply filling vacancies, she takes the time to properly understand both the client’s requirements and the candidate’s long-term goals to create stronger matches that genuinely work for everyone involved.

HOW RECRUITMENT FOUND GEORGIA
Georgia originally applied for a completely different role through a recruitment agency before being offered an opportunity to work in recruitment itself as an in-house resourcer.
After getting a real insight into the industry, she quickly realised recruitment was the right fit and has been working within technology-focused markets ever since.
What she enjoys most is the variety that comes with recruitment, from working across different sectors and technologies to helping people secure opportunities that genuinely move their careers forward.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys staying active and making the most of the summer months.

Heading off on spontaneous trips whenever possible
When asked to share an interesting fact about herself, Georgia said she had “nothing interesting to share” and described herself as “#boring”, although her love of spontaneous adventures suggests otherwise.
Her go-to drink order is either a peach iced tea or an iced mocha coffee.
