This webinar is aimed at Leaders and Hiring Managers in the Defence & Engineering sectors who are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Emma and Becky will be joined by two guest speakers from the Defence sector. Lois Chang, Client Account Manager at Synoptix and Debbie Adams, HR Executive will share their expertise during the session. 

Together, the panel will discuss strategies to help organisations:

  • Challenge and improve outdated recruitment practices.
  • Inspire young girls to pursue engineering from an early age.
  • Launch mentorship programmes tailored to women.
  • Close existing skills gaps.
