She works across the entire business, supporting consultants and leadership with a wide variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. From managing client and candidate contracts, onboarding new starters and maintaining compliance, to improving internal processes and coordinating suppliers, Gen is at the heart of Talent Locker's day-to-day operations. Before joining Talent Locker as Office Manager in 2023, she led compliance teams within the recruitment sector at White Knight Recruitment and Gattaca, developing expertise in contractor compliance, process management and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, she progressed through several leadership roles at Victoria's Secret, moving from Sales Specialist to Staffing & Operations Supervisor. Running is her favourite way to switch off, challenge herself and recharge after a busy day.
