After many years working in technology recruitment, our founders saw how organisations delivering complex programmes often struggled to find professionals with the right combination of technical expertise, delivery experience, and cultural fit. At the same time, talented professionals wanted recruiters who genuinely understood their skills, ambitions, and the environments where they could succeed.
