As Office Manager at Talent Locker, Gen keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting the entire team, she manages everything from contracts and compliance to HR administration, supplier relationships and office operations, ensuring the team has everything they need to focus on delivering for clients and candidates.

OPERATIONS & SUPPORT
No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly what Gen enjoys most. She works across the entire business, supporting consultants and leadership with a wide variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.
From managing client and candidate contracts, onboarding new starters and maintaining compliance, to improving internal processes and coordinating suppliers, Gen is at the heart of Talent Locker's day-to-day operations.
She's always happy to help, and whether it's solving a problem or keeping everything organised behind the scenes, she's the person the team turns to.
CAREER JOURNEY
Gen has built her career around operations, compliance and business support.
Before joining Talent Locker as Office Manager in 2023, she led compliance teams within the recruitment sector at White Knight Recruitment and Gattaca, developing expertise in contractor compliance, process management and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, she progressed through several leadership roles at Victoria's Secret, moving from Sales Specialist to Staffing & Operations Supervisor.
Across every role, she's developed a reputation for being organised, approachable and someone who enjoys improving processes while supporting the people around her.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
When she's not in the office, Gen loves spending time with her husband and children.
Running is her favourite way to switch off, challenge herself and recharge after a busy day.
Gen's coffee order is always an iced caramel latte, and when it's time to celebrate, you'll always find her with a glass of prosecco in hand!
